The Napoleon High Definition 40 – HDX 40 was inspired by traditional masonry details and created with Napoleon’s state-of-the-art gas fireplace technology. This gas fireplaces features Napoleon’s PHAZER log set and also has a nightlight that enhances the fireplace, even when no flame is burning. This Napoleon gas fireplace is the definitive gas fireplaces in terms of performance and design.

The Napoleon HDX40 Direct Vent Clean Face High Definition Gas Fireplace has all of the advantages of modern
technology, yet has a traditional masonry look and feel. This direct vent gas fireplace has a clean face and a diagonal viewing area with an impressive 40″ firebox. The firebox can be filled with a traditional looking log set or a River Rock ember bed. The exclusive NIGHT LIGHT™ accents the firebox even when the fireplace is off. The Napoleon HDX40 is an amazingly beautiful fireplace and the perfect combination of modern style and classic features. Inspired by traditional masonry details and created with Napoleon’s state-of-the-art gas fireplace technology, the deluxe HDX40 Gas Fireplace offers the ultimate in performance and design.
- Up to 40,000 BTU’s
- Comes standard with fine detailed PHAZER® logs and charcoal embers which give a realistic and natural looking flame
- Instead of logs, order the optional river rock media tray with satin chrome fender to give the fireplace a modern look
- 54% flame/heat adjustment for maximum comfort and efficiency
- Clean face design means a larger viewing area and more view of the flame
- Fuel saving electronic ignition with battery back-up and built-in adjustable flame/ heat control
- Exclusive NIGHT LIGHT™feature comes standard with the unit
- Media enhancement kits of colored glass (amber, blue, black and red) are designed to enhance the river rock firebox base
- Requires either the Four-sided frame in black or the Premium scalloped steel door/frame – both include ANSI approved safety screen
- Optional Newport™ decorative brick panel or a Mayan Desert™ Sandstone brick panel add to the traditional design or choose MIRRO-FLAME™ Porcelain Reflective Radiant Panels to highlight the flame
- Proflame modulating remote – controls flame, night light and optional blower – comes standard
